A place for performances, screenings, classes, markets, exhibitions, celebrations, and creative gatherings year-round.
The key to making the space flexible and modular are telescoping seating systems. These will allow the space to transition the space between LAYOUTS.

One space, many layouts
Skyland Arts Foundation is building a flexible home for arts, culture, and community in the mountains. This will be a space that can transform: from movie theater to concert venue, from art workshop to gallery, from farmers market to wedding reception, from kids’ event to community celebration.
The future space will include:
a large open main hall
stage and screen infrastructure
telescoping seating for movies, performances, talks, and conferences
space for concerts, markets, weddings, and community events
workshop and classroom areas
lobby and lounge spaces
kitchen and support areas
rooftop and outdoor gathering space
